Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Should a member give away, share or lose his account number and/or password Virtual Casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
   
In order to maintain the security of your online credit card transactions, as well as for us to be able to process your withdrawal request, our clearing house needs a signed authorization form with proof of identification. The same is needed for all deposits of $250.00 and more. Please download the ( authorization form ) print it and fax/scan it back to us.
   
You can cash out at anytime, however, if you have not wagered 9 times the amount of your original deposit plus bonus before you do so, you forfeit your bonus + winnings.
   
All wagers and account transactions will be monitored by Management.
   
All Internet wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by Virtual Casino on its Web pages. Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, Management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, or take any other appropriate action.
   
All accounts must have a correct contact phone number listed in their account information on the date(s) of all credit card deposits. Use of an invalid phone number is grounds for possible forfeiture of any/all winnings and closing of the account. The same applies for customer chargebacks.
   
Customers may only have one AND ONLY ONE account number in their name. Use of multiple account numbers or names in order to receive bonus promotions is forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of ALL bonus funds received. Contact customer service if you have lost your account number or password.
   
Players may close their accounts at any time, however, account closure before 45 days of the initial deposit or insufficient play will result in the cancellation of all issued bonuses and we won't cover money transfer fees.
   
Players may request a withdrawal from their account at any time, but are limited to four withdrawals per month. The total withdrawal amount cannot exceed $5,000 per month.
   
The Casino reserves the right to close Real accounts registered via credit cards from certain countries. This policy was introduced after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the purchases made on the account if purchases were made by credit card. Please note that this policy does not affect customers that deposit via Bank Wire, Cashier's Check or Western Union.

Bonuses cannot be transferred from the Casino to the Casino or vice-versa.
   
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
